Pro Fitness - personal training

I have been involved in the fitness industry for over thirty years. I sincerely enjoy sharing my passion for fitness and increased endurance, strength, flexibility and mobility as we mature. I have clients in all age groups and demographics.


I hold the NASM Personal Trainer Certification (National Association of Sports Medicine). By most fitness professionals this is considered to be the premier certification of both personal trainers and fitness experts.


I am also certified with AAA and ISMA (Aerobics Association of America and International Sports Medical Association) in Personal Training and Group Fitness.


Additional certifications include









• CORE & MORE – Two hours of cardio and strength training. Classes available

 Monday and Wednesday – 9 AM til 11 AM.

• GYROKINESIS - A movement system that gently works the entire body opening

energy pathways through rhythmic, spiraling movements.

The classes are offered Tuesday and Thursday – 10:30 ti l noon – Gyrokinesis

• TABATA – A high intensity interval training class, This class is offered twice each

month on the 1st & 3rd Friday of each month – 9:00 AM til 10:30 am


My classes are available at no charge to members of Northside Health and Fitness Center.



Currently, I have a few openings for new clients. Please contact me and let’s see if we are a good fit. I want you to excel and become the best you can be. I train at both Northside Health & Fitness Center or at your home.





Please note that personal training sessions must be paid in advance and that my cancellation policy requires a minimum of 24 hours notice. The pre-training assessment is approximately 2 hours. Each training session is 50-60 minutes long.

You’ll be amazed at how little equipment is needed to design an intense and effective work out for you. I use your body weight along with props that might include a mat, stability balls, hand weights, jump ropes and resistance bands.


A single one-hour session is $100. If you purchase a 12 session training program you will receive a 10% discount. I do not offer half hour training sessions. If you live further than 20 minutes away from the Northside Health and Fitness Center an additional $25 will be charged for the additional travel time.
